Great experience. From the professional greeting and check- in, to the IV, and the actual MRI. The staff at Newport Diagnostics is a professional happy group of people doing a great job. Such a nice change to see people engaged with their clients, not on their phone walking around like zombies.

Check-in was easy and I was escorted into the exam room within 10 minutes after checking in. Dexascan took approximately 20 to 30 minutes. The technician was courteous, professional and willing to explain the procedure and answer my questions

Newport Diagnostic Center team is beyond a 5 star review in my estimation. If I could apply 10 stars I would do so! Their intuitive caring customer service action and internal teamwork recognized I was missing an order from my doctor for a second test I needed and they worked like a finely oiled machine to orchestrate and put in rapid motion to not only get the additional test order but also get my test accomplished for me right away. Wow! Wow! Wow! 10 star review from me!!! Go Team!!!

I had my mammogram yesterday at Newport Diagnostic Center and it was actually a pleasant experience. The check in process was a breeze and I had no wait once I got to the back. The lady doing the mammogram was super friendly and it was a pain-free experience. For something I dread doing, I really have nothing to complain about. And they offer free parking - easy in and out.

A well-run facility with truly excellent great staff who genuinely care for the wellbeing of their patients. I have had the privilege to get care a couple of times at Newport Diagnostic Center. In 2005, they did the MRI that found my brain tumor. Recently, the excellent and exemplary staff have helped to provide excellent diagnostic tests, so I could have a successful back fusion. I must say that I have never had such a friendly and caring experience with the technicians and checkin staff. This group is the best of the best!

My experience at NDC yesterday was very much like checking into a luxury health spa! Only the heated bathrobe, cheese, crackers and chilled Champaign were missing. I have gone to Newport Diagnostic Center (NDC) for over 20 years. NDC has the most current in imaging technology, fantastic radiologists & technicians. Staff are professional and courteous. I also inquire about their cash price which is usually better than my insurance. I am able to get appointments very quickly. I have referred many family & friends to NDC and they are happy as well.

Everyone is so nice! From the front desk people to the technicians, everyone is very friendly. I had a thyroid ultrasound and I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed! My technician ( I don't remember her name, sorry but she is a beautiful blonde lady) put me at ease instantly and her selection of music was great! I definitely recommend this place . As uncomfortable as ultrasound can be the whole staff really makes an effort so patients can have a more pleasant experience .

I had an order for an ultrasound to rule out a blood clot. Newport Diagnostic Center worked me into a very busy schedule. I had a very positive experience at Newport Diagnostics. I had a complicated appointment schedule they worked on and managed. I called with questions about the procedure I would be having and they took time with me on the phone to answer all my questions. Nicole was especially kind and supportive through everything and Dr. Chehabi was kind and thorough in explaining everything. I would definitely recommend this center.

Easy parking, check-in was easy and they did not make me wait, they took me right away, while other places wouldn't schedule me for two weeks, they scheduled me within a couple days of calling. I would not go anywhere else.

They are very nice and accommodating, but I've been there several times and THEY OVERCHARGED based on what the insurance says my portion will be, but then didn't issue any refund when I over paid. I found out I had a refund due on an MRI only because I called about a different billing issue.When you go, just be aware you are likely being overcharged and you'll have to call again and again to get your money back.

I am so grateful to have found Newport Diagnostic Center. I have come here for several different tests (including Mammogram, Ultrasound, MRI) and every time I have been here I am impressed at how kind, knowledgeable and overall wonderful the staff is and how everything runs on time! It’s about an hour drive for me to come here for my tests but I would honestly happily drive 3 hours to receive such excellent care.

Every aspect of having imaging done at Newport Diagnostics was brilliant. Parking was a breeze, wide open tree lined grounds.No need to search for where to go, just walked in the front door, checked in, sat for less than five minutes and was called. The facility is impeccable and the staff was so personable. They remembered to ask to validate my parking slip. No parking garages or huge buildings to navigate through. Just perfect.

Every aspect of my experience at Newport Diagnostic was perfect. Parking was very convenient. Receptionist made check in quick and easy. Maggie made me calm and comfortable for my radiology scan by explaining everything clearly. All were extremely professional and friendly. I had a great experience. The staff is friendly and generally run on time. Just make sure to double check your insurance coverage. They billed my $80 for my visit even though my family out of pocket and deductible had been met months ago. I had to have an insurance agent put us all on a three-way call to straighten things out. I actually owed nothing and my refund will take a month.

This was my first time getting any type of scans at Newport Diagnostic Center and WHAT A DIFFERENCE from previous places I've been to for MRI's. My experience was such a high level compared to other centers - wow! I so appreciate the fantastic customer service and the very clear and detailed information I was given about my test each step of the way. And the warm blanket and headphones for music during my MRI was a huge plus. My previous center MISSED certain things in my scan and I have so much more confidence in my results at Newport Diagnostic Center. Thank you for making a tough scan a great experience!

I went to Newport Diagnostics for an MRI of my hip. The front desk person was friendly and clear on her instructions. The waiting room is comfortable and decorated nicely. The changing room has lockers to keep your clothes and valuable safe. The MRI technician was friendly and very clear in her instructions. After positioning me on the table she placed headphones on me and gave me a panic button if needed. The ceiling has a beach scene over the lighting and was nice to watch before I went into the tube. The MRI was over in 15 minutes and was very pleasant. This was my second MRI in 5 years and I would return again in the future.

Jen & the staff work very hard to make it as pleasant as possible even though they may be understaffed on certain days.if your early to your appointment , say 15 minutes , you will have a less stressful experiences It's very hard to get good employees these days, few people want to work. this staff made it clear that they are there to work and make it the best experience possible. From the front desk to the X-Ray staff was a great experience. The front office offered a very warm, friendly and genuine welcome. Then Cindy came to take me from my MRI she explained everything down to how best to put on the 3- armhole gown. She explained all about the noise the MRI machine makes she was awesome. Then Marie came to take me for my CT same thing such a very nice person who again explained everything.I know of quite a few facilities that could learn a thing or too about how to treat patients from Newport Imaging.

First time having a scan, they were 100% professional & helpful. When I realized I had forgotten the Dr scrip, they called my Dr and had it faxed over. Every step was explained and, an amazing bonus, was they were priced under the original firm I had been recommended but couldn’t fit me in for two weeks. They checked with my insurance to ensure any benefits I might have would be used. I’m going to tell my Dr to recommend them due to the fantastic service.

Super friendly staff! They were able to get me in swiftly which is what I needed and even after a miscommunication caused one of my images to be canceled they were able to get me in the following day. If you are hurt speed of care is essential. My tech was professional and friendly. Communicated all expectations kindly. No complaints. Period. I’ll do all of my imaging here from now on if needed.
